Orders are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location.
If you’re nearby, you can also choose free local pickup in Shawnigan Lake at checkout.

📝 Can I review or edit my order’s content?

Only the questionnaire portion of your order is reviewable before production begins.
If you’d like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible through our social channels or email.
Please note: changes may or may not be possible depending on the stage of production.

💸 What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed, unless the product arrives with significant damage or a major issue.
If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out right away — we’ll do our best to make it right.

🚚 Do you offer delivery?

Yes! Delivery is available for orders over $80 after a quick 3-5 business-day processing time.

📦 Where is my package?

Once your package has been shipped, you shall receive the tracking details by email to help you track its journey. If you have selected the pick up option at Shawnigan Lake , your pickup will be ready in 3–5 business days! We’ll email you to arrange a time. Questions? Portions of the creative process may involve the use of professional digital tools and AI-assisted technologies; however, these tools are used only to enhance the creative process, and your personal information is never shared externally through these systems.
